Pisco Bar gets its name from Perú's national cocktail, the Pisco Sour, invented by an American bartender in Lima in the early 1920s. The cocktail consists of Pisco (Peruvian grape brandy), egg white, lime juice, and a dash of sugar. Taste our curated assortment of Pisco Sours and other delicious house cocktails at Pisco Bar.
